The Perry Housing Partnership completed renovating a building in New Bloomfield that provides that provides transitional housing to homeless Perry County residents. The building has seven units, three two-bedroom and four one-bedroom, as well as a case manager's office. The apartments will be home to our tenants for up to two years while they receive the supportive services they need to transition into secure permanent housing
The building is dedicated to the memory of the late Perry County Commissioner, Warren VanBuskirk who had a passion for the less fortunate within our county
