• Providing safe and affordable housing opportunities in Perry County
  
• We will work to educate and prepare renters and homeowners so they are ready to take on their roles responsibly
  
• We will support local businesses by patronizing them whenever prudent; their success is our success.  We will assist them in maintaining a customer base by providing permanent housing within their business districts
  
• We will construct and rehabilitate homes for special needs populations, incorporating service providers in planning; to provide the most independent housing options suitable for the consumer, with needed supports proximate to the population we are serving, thereby increasing the odds of successful independent living that is integrated within the social fabric of the community
  
• We will work to improve and maintain housing stock and work to secure funds for home modification, providing accessibility for disabled residents requiring assistance
  
• We will work with zoning and land use managers as well as local government entities to determine the most appropriate site for new developments, supporting green building when  feasible
