Mission Statement

Perry Housing Partnership develops affordable housing opportunities for residents of Perry County, including:

low-income
disabled
elderly
homeless individuals
homeless families

We do this by maintaining existing structures and selectively building to boost the vitality of small town living and conserve open space.

Vision Statement

Perry Housing Partnership will work to sustain community living; fostering economic vitality within small towns and preserving the atmosphere of "Hometown America" that exists in rural boroughs of the county. We will work to provide safe affordable housing; ensuring that reasonable housing alternatives exist for our senior citizens, disabled individuals, working class families, and disadvantaged residents of Perry County, in accordance with Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity
