Perry Housing Partnership develops affordable housing opportunities for residents of Perry County, PA, including low-income, disabled, elderly, and homeless individuals and families by maintaining existing structures and selectively building to boost the vitality of small town living and conserve open green space.
PHP works to sustain community living and fostering economic vitality within small towns and preserving the atmosphere of "Hometown America" that exists in rural boroughs of the county. The organization works to provide safe affordable housing; ensuring that reasonable housing alternatives exist for our senior citizens, disabled individuals, working class families and disadvantaged residents of Perry County, in accordance with the Fair Housing and Equal Opportunities Acts.
